Hello and thank you for choosing The Beauty Box for your Beauty Treatments. Booking online is very simple to do, PLEASE READ the following information to ensure you understand what is required before you arrive at your proposed appointment.

Before Booking

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, due to ongoing ill health since the beginning of 2022, I am currently restricting clients that I am taking on. I only have availability for daytime clients as my evenings are now fully booked. If you would like to become a new client of mine, please get in touch first before you book online. Sorry for for any inconvenience this may cause. Clients will be contacted within 48 hours of reservation to pay a booking deposit, this will be 50% of the total treatment cost. Failure to pay this within 24 hours will result in your appointment being cancelled. Thank you for understanding.

NEW clients will be automatically sent relevant client consultation forms for your proposed treatments, this will need to be completed before your first appointment and only updated if your personal details change, i.e. change of address, contact number, medication etc

PAYMENTS I accept Bank Transfer, PayPal, cash or card payments including apple pay after your treatment.

PATCH TESTS - Please ensure you book a FREE patch test for any tinting, even if you have had it previously at other salons, I still require this as we all use different products. Also if you haven’t had a tint for 6 months or longer you will also need to re patch test.

IN HOUSE PAMPER PARTIES - These treatments cannot be booked online please call/message Kerry to enquire.

GIFT VOUCHERS - Can be used for treatments and products. Please note: I get booked up very quickly and there will be NO allowance for vouchers being used after their expiry date, so please bear this in mind when booking.
