Cancellation Policy

Here at The Beauty Box, your loyalty is very important to me. I understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed or cancelled.

However, I would be grateful if you could provide at least 48 hours notice for all changes so that I can offer out the slot to another client.

As a small, part time business, last minute cancellations can affect the service I offer, which ultimately means other ladies miss out and I cannot fill the slot.

All appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee. If cancelled within 24 hours a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. Or an upfront deposit may be required for any future appointments you may wish to book.

As a small home salon this also enables me to keep my prices low, yet still provide you with the latest in beauty and nail treatments in a professional and relaxing environment.
